During the 28th Baltic Sea Parliamentary Conference in Oslo on 25–27 August 2019, the BSPC’s Rapporteur regarding Eutrophication of the Baltic Sea Saara-Sofia Sirén, Member of the Finnish Parliament, has presented her report on developments and activities in this policy field. The herewith published written report focuses in the possibilities that circular economy has in decreasing nutrient flows that cause eutrophication. The viewpoint is on international co-operation between countries and areas that share the sea or are located around the drainage basin.
